Our three key businesses are extended warranty services, customized development services for related systems, and repair. InsurCare is committed to build an enterprise with “Extended Warranty + Compliant Repair” in its genes to help promote the circular economy.

In April 2022, the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Procuratorate issued the “Guidelines for Criminal Compliance of Intellectual Property Rights in the Electronic Product Refurbishment Industry of Shenzhen Procuratorate (Trial)”, which is the first industrial criminal compliance guideline issued by a procuratorate in the country.
In August 2021, Insurcare has begun to provide “the overall solutions for centralized compliant repair”, including implementing the brand owner’s program policy, exploring business models in the market, providing repair technical services, and providing extended warranty services, provide customized development services for related systems, etc.
