In August 2021, Insurcare and Zhuan Zhuan reached a strategic cooperation. Insurcare offers genuine parts sourced from brand owner, uses official diagnostics, tools, and processes to make sure each repair is done safely and reliably.

As of October 2022, we have set up “Smartphone Centralized Compliant Repair Operation Points” in Shenzhen, Qingdao and Chengdu centralized operation centers of Zhuan Zhuan.

As of October 2022, we have set up “Smartphone Centralized Compliant Repair Operation Points” in Dongguan and Changzhou centralized automated operation centers of ATRenew.

PICC, established in 1949, is a comprehensive insurance (finance) company and one of the largest insurance companies in the world. It is a central financial enterprise.

In October 2021, Insurcare, PICC and iFLYTEK reached a strategic cooperation. Insurcare provides PICC's "iFLYTEK Educational Equipment Extended Warranty" project including market research, product design, supply chain procurement, supply chain management, TPA audit, risk control management and other work.
